IMPORTANT NOTICE: We will NOT be allowing food to be made in the commercial, craft, and home-based vendor booth space(s). Your food items MUST come prepackaged. ALSO – ALL booths will be charged on a 10’x10’ size. More can be purchased if needed. Included with this contract is the S-240 form. We need this filled out! Every booth, no matter if you are selling something or are just an educational or community booth are required to fill this information out. The state is requiring us to turn in this paperwork to them.

Your booth does NOT need to be manned, BUT we are NOT responsible for your booth. As a participant, I agree to adhere to all Jackson County Ag Society Fair rules and regulations. Each commercial vendor is asked to supply proof of insurance and mail a copy along with this contract and payment. You may drive into the fairgrounds to unload behind the Milt Lunda Arena until 2 pm each day of the Fair. The Fairgrounds street address is 388 Melrose St., Black River Falls, WI 54615. Enter through Gate 4 off of Pine View Road.  ABSOLUTELY No parking is allowed on Fairgrounds. Violators may have your vehicle towed at the owner’s expense! Call the fair office at 715-284-4558 if you need to be shuttled to and from your vehicle. We will do our best to accommodate you.
ABSOLUTELY NO GOLF CARTS OR UTV’s AT ANY TIME. Should you need help moving product or supplies outside of your allotted time, please contact a JCAS Fair Board member and they would be happy to help you out.
