The application deadline is July 1, 2026. Please complete the online form below or print, complete, and return your form with your fee to Kim Ponterio. It would be advised to submit this immediately as it will be first-come, first-serve. Please do NOT use the Fair Office P.O. Box or the Fairgrounds’ street address.

Sunday 8:00AM – 4:30PM, Building closes at 6:00PM
**You may set up earlier but we can’t guarantee your booth area will have access until Wednesday at 8am

Space is limited. This will be first come, first serve. Each booth is $100 (inside or outside) for the duration of the Fair and is non-refundable. Gate entry wristbands for booth workers will NOT be provided. Make checks payable to Jackson County Ag Society. There may be booths available for two days at $50.00. Contact Kim for more information. You will receive a text that we received your payment. Your check will not be cashed until the fair is in progress. This text will insure you have a guaranteed booth at the fair.

Inside and Outside Booths – Approximate size of booths is 10’ X 10’.
Vendors provide their own tables and chairs.
If you need electricity, bring a 25’ extension cord.
Label all your property.
No stakes can be used for outside booths.

You may drive into the fairgrounds to unload behind the Milt Lunda Arena until 2 pm each day of the Fair. The Fairgrounds street address is 388 Melrose St., Black River Falls, WI 54615.  Enter through Gate 4 off of Pine View Road.   ABSOLUTELY No parking is allowed on Fairgrounds. Violators may have your vehicle towed at the owner’s expense! Call the fair office at 715-284-4558 if you need to be shuttled to and from your vehicle.  We will do our best to accommodate you. NO VENDORS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE MLMA UNTIL 8AM AND MUST LEAVE BY 9PM TO ALLOW FOR CLEANING!

There will be a limited number of vendor camping spots available.  These will be offered as a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE based upon when the contract is signed, turned in, and $125 camper fees paid.  This should be a separate check from your deposit. You will be notified either way if you have received a camper spot or not. Campers may be put in place Sunday prior to fair and must be off grounds by Tuesday after the fair.

ABSOLUTELY NO GOLF CARTS OR UTV’s AT ANY TIME. Should you need help moving product or supplies outside of your allotted time, please contact a JCAS Fair Board member and they would be happy to help you out.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We will NOT be allowing food to be made in the commercial, craft, and home-based vendor booth space(s). Your food items MUST come prepackaged.  ALSO – ALL booths will be charged on a 10’x10’ size.  More can be purchased if needed.  Included with this contract is the S-240 form.  We need this filled out!  Every booth, no matter if you are selling something or are just an educational or community booth are required to fill this information out.  The state is requiring us to turn in this paperwork to them.

Your booth does NOT need to be manned, BUT we are NOT responsible for your booth. As a participant, I agree to adhere to all Jackson County Ag Society Fair rules and regulations. Each commercial vendor is asked to supply proof of insurance and mail a copy along with this contract and payment.
